All you need to place your order is a working Email Address. We operate a user friendly direct email contact with All our customers so you know your order is being dealt with by a human being. Feel free to contact us at any time to discuss your requirements and assist you.

Here is what to do:

1: Select your DVD/s and note the Order Ref number, example "ORDER REF # TG01"

2: Email us with your order details and the delivery address you want the items to ship to and any special instructions.

3: We will then raise an invoice via ALERTPAY and email it for you to settle the payment. ALERTPAY are similar to PayPal and offer a number of options and currency choices on how to make your payment and obviously they are Ultra Secure on line billing. We also accept cash payments if you wish to use this method of payment.

Shipping Info:
All orders before 1500hrs Mon/Fri ship same day, Weekends or after 1500hrs will go next working day.

Orders are shipped disc only in a clear slip sleeve, covers are available on line to download and print and DVD boxes can be purchased cheaper locally if you want to box the DVD. It is cheaper to do it this way as it costs more in postal costs than it does to buy the box and most customers don't want it anyway.

Defective discs, all discs are DVD-R and are duplicated in house and each disc is pre checked against the masters so we know they ALL work before they are shipped. However if you do have any issues we will always replace the disc by return.

Non deliveries. Most orders arrive within 4-7 days world wide but with various countries systems being different we do ask that reporting non deliveries to allow 14/21 days to pass. Non deliveries will be be replaced so customer satisfaction is paramount with us. All shipping is via the EU.
